About The Role
We are looking for a data-driven SEO/GEO Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, driving organic traffic, and ensuring our brand remains discoverable across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for search engine optimization, an understanding of evolving search technologies, and the ability to adapt strategies to new trends like Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The ideal candidate will work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing professionals to implement effective SEO tactics that align with our business goals.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a strong interest or background in digital marketing and SEO. Experience requirements are flexible, with 0-1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, including internships or personal projects. Candidates should have a solid understanding of ranking factors, technical SEO, and website architecture. Proficiency with industry tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog is essential. Analytical skills are highly valued, especially the ability to analyze large data sets to derive actionable insights. Basic knowledge of AI search behaviors and GEO best practices is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively within teams and articulate strategies clearly. Bonus points will be given to candidates with prior experience in AI video creation and YouTube SEO.
Responsibilities

Implement outreach strategies to build high-quality backlinks, thereby strengthening domain authority and increasing brand credibility online. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console, providing insights that inform ongoing optimization efforts. Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in search engine algorithms, particularly focusing on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), to keep our strategies innovative and effective. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets. Continuously test and refine strategies based on performance data and emerging search engine behaviors to maximize organic reach and visibility.
