🎓 Qualification
- B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 60% marks required
- Candidates must successfully complete an SEO assessment/test as part of the selection process.
🔹 About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in AI-powered SEO and modern search optimization strategies.
You’ll work on multiple websites and projects, including international SEO campaigns, and will be expected to independently analyse, execute and improve SEO performance using both traditional and AI-driven approaches.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent research.
- Optimise website content for search engines and user experience.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and overall SEO performance.
- Use AI tools for SEO research, content optimisation, analysis and automation.
- Manage and analyse Google Search Console and Google Analytics data.
- Prepare SEO reports and actionable recommendations.
- Identify new opportunities to improve organic visibility and search performance.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search and emerging SEO trends.
🔹 Requirements
- 3+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Semrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO content strategy, keyword research and link building.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing multiple websites/projects simultaneously.
- International SEO experience will be an added advantage.
