We’re hiring an SEO Specialist (AI SEO, AEO & GEO Focused) (2 years+ of SEO experience)
📍 Location: Mohali (On-site)
🕒 Shift: Day / Evening
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
💼 Job Type: Full-time

At Rank Aspire Pvt. Ltd., we’re looking for someone who understands that SEO is no longer just about rankings.
We need a hands-on SEO Specialist who can work across traditional SEO + AI-driven search (AEO & GEO), and contribute to real growth.
What you will be working on -
• Technical SEO, on-page optimization & content audits
• Keyword research, competitor analysis & search intent mapping
• AI SEO strategies including AEO & GEO
• Optimizing content for Google + AI-driven search platforms
• Google My Business (GMB) optimization & local SEO
• Planning and executing guest post campaigns
• Outreach: guest posting, niche edits & HARO
• Acquiring high-quality PR backlinks and brand mentions
• Backlink strategy, monitoring anchors & toxicity
• Performance tracking using GA4 & Google Search Console
• Handling indexing, crawling, sitemaps & technical fixes
What we’re looking for -
• 2–4 years of SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical + on-page SEO
• Hands-on experience with outreach, guest posting & PR acquisition
• Experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Good understanding of AI SEO, AEO & GEO
• Solid knowledge of GMB & local SEO
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written & verbal)

• Clear communication
• Experience working in startups or agencies
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
