This role isn't about executing SEO for a single website. It's about bringing your proven, real-world SEO experience to help manage a team, follow and improve processes, and scale our content and SEO operations. We work in a highly competitive niche, and we need someone who understands what it actually takes to win — because they've done it themselves.
You Must Have Done At Least One of These (Personally, Not for a Company):
→ Built personal blogs or niche sites from scratch and ranked them profitably
→ Earned real revenue through affiliate marketing with your own sites
→ Bought, ranked, and flipped websites for profit
→ Built and maintained Private Blog Networks that actually moved the needle → Competed in tough niches and won with your own money on the line
This is non-negotiable. Corporate-only experience won't work here. We need someone who's put their own skin in the game and knows what real SEO looks like.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
→ Managing and mentoring a growing SEO team — setting standards, reviewing work, driving accountability
→ Following and refining established processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output
→ Helping scale operations — more output, better quality, tighter systems
→ Bringing your real-world instincts to spot what's working, what's not, and what needs to change
→ Collaborating with leadership to build a department that can handle volume without sacrificing quality
