Job Title: SEO Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Mount Dev Solutions is working with a reputed SEO/link-building agency in the UK and is seeking a full-time, proactive, and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.
As a key member, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales functions, managing incoming leads, identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, sending invoices, collecting payments, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role requires a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving results in SEO agency work, particularly link building and digital PR services.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Function:
- Manage email inboxes promptly to respond to incoming leads interested in SEO, link-building services, backlinks, and guest post opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions related to B2B SEO and link-building packages and contracts, individual backlink placements, and guest post submissions.
- Book and handle sales calls.
- Close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Outbound Sales Function:
- Proactively seek out new leads and sales opportunities.
- Utilise various channels to engage with potential clients and generate interest in our backlink and guest post services.
- Plan and execute outbound email marketing campaigns.
Invoicing:
- Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly for backlink placements and guest post services rendered.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure payment collection.
Reporting:
- Document sales performance metrics, including backlink placement and guest post conversion rates, revenue generated, and client feedback.
- Prepare regular reports to communicate results and insights related to backlinks and guest post sales to supervisors.
Backlink Sourcing
- Identify new websites for the client's backlink requirements.
- Identify and secure suitable backlink placement for clients.
- Proactively handle and maintain supplier email communication with the webmaster and backlink supply partners.

Qualifications:
