About the Role
Zantera is looking for a highly motivated SEO & Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital marketing, search engines, analytics, and business growth.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want hands-on exposure to SEO, Google Ads, website optimization, analytics, and marketing automation while working with clients across India, Australia, UAE, UK, and other global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Core Focus)
o Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
o Execute on-page SEO activities including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and URL structuring
o Support technical SEO initiatives including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and website architecture
o Perform regular SEO audits and recommend improvements
o Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search performance
o Assist in developing content-driven SEO strategies to improve visibility and lead generation
Performance Marketing (Core Focus)
o Support planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
o Assist with campaign setup, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
o Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
o Implement and manage conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
o Work on landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and lead quality
Website & Tracking (Supporting Role)
o Work with WordPress websites for SEO implementation and landing page optimization
o Implement tracking codes, pixels, tags, and event tracking
o Ensure website responsiveness, speed, and basic technical performance
o Support website updates and optimization initiatives
Collaboration & Execution
o Work closely with SEO, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, and Strategy teams
o Ensure timely execution of assigned projects and campaign deliverables
o Analyze campaign and website performance data to identify growth opportunities
o Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, Paid Media, AI, and Marketing Automation
Preferred Skills
o Basic understanding of SEO concepts and Google Search
o Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager is a plus
o Understanding of WordPress websites
o Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
o Creative thinking and attention to detail
o Basic understanding of website structure and user experience
o Interest in AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
o Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Bonus Points If You Have
o SEO certifications
o Google Ads certifications
o Experience working on personal websites, blogs, or projects
o Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or basic design principles
o Understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
