Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Track and analyze performance of SEO efforts (organic traffic, rankings, conversions).
- Monitor and optimize paid ad performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Manage ad creatives, landing pages, and copywriting to ensure high CTRs and conversions.
- Build and maintain SEO content calendars in collaboration with content writers.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and paid media best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Chennai.
