SEO Outreach Specialist (Freelance) — 100% Remote
About the Role
Traffic Monks is a performance-driven SEO agency based in Noida, competing in two demanding verticals: International Gaming SEO and Local Indian SEO. Link building is at the heart of how we win in these niches, and we're looking for a freelance SEO Outreach Specialist to own that pipeline.
This is a 100% remote, deliverable-driven role for someone who knows how to find the right sites, pitch them, and close quality placements consistently. Success looks like a steady flow of relevant, high-quality links secured across our gaming and other client niches — placements that actually move rankings, sourced and managed with minimal hand-holding. You'll work flexibly and be paid for results, not hours, with a steady pipeline of ongoing work for reliable performers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify relevant, high-authority sites for guest posts, niche edits, and editorial links, judging quality on real metrics — domain rating, organic traffic, topical relevance, and spam signals.
- Run personalised email outreach campaigns at scale, pitching, following up, and negotiating placements and pricing.
- Build genuine, repeatable relationships with site owners and editors.
- Coordinate content requirements, anchor text, and target URLs for each placement.
- Track every placement from outreach through to a live, verified link, confirming links are correct, indexable, and as agreed.
- Protect clients from low-quality, spammy, or risky links, and maintain a healthy, diverse link profile.
- Keep a clean, transparent tracker of prospects, status, and secured links, and report results regularly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on link-building or outreach experience.
- Proven ability to secure quality placements (guest posts, niche edits, editorial links).
- Strong grasp of link metrics — domain rating, traffic, relevance, and anchor-text strategy.
- Excellent written English and persuasive outreach copy.
- Comfortable with Ahrefs and outreach/pipeline tools (Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Hunter, or similar a plus).
- Self-driven, organised, and reliable with deliverables.
- Existing relationships or a database of site contacts (preferred).
- Experience in gaming, iGaming, or other competitive niches (preferred).
