Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Outreach Specialist to join our SEO team. The candidate will be responsible for building high-quality backlinks, managing blogger and publisher relationships, and executing outreach campaigns to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
The ideal candidate should have experience in link building, digital PR, guest posting, and relationship building with website owners and publishers.
Note: This is a full-time onsite job opportunity. Only local candidates from Kolkata or nearby locations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Link Building & Outreach
Identify and prospect high-quality websites, blogs, and publishers for link-building opportunities.
Execute outreach campaigns for guest posting, niche edits, resource links, and partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, journalists, and website owners.
Prospect Research
Research relevant websites using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
Evaluate prospects based on Domain Authority, traffic, relevance, and spam score.
Outreach Campaign Management
Create and send personalized outreach emails.
Follow up with prospects to secure backlinks and collaborations.
Track outreach performance and response rates.
Content Collaboration
Coordinate with the content team for guest post articles and link placements.
Ensure anchor text and link placement align with SEO strategies.
Reporting & Tracking
Maintain outreach databases and track placements in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Monitor backlink acquisition and quality.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on outreach performance.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO and link building strategies
Experience with outreach tools and CRM platforms
Excellent email communication and negotiation skills
Ability to research and analyze websites
Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel
Understanding of anchor text strategy and backlink quality
Preferred Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in SEO outreach or link building
Experience working with guest posting, blogger outreach, and digital PR
Knowledge of content marketing and SEO best practices
