👩‍💻 3. Responsibilities: 

As a Copywriter, your key responsibilities will encompass creating, optimizing, and managing diverse types of content while contributing strategically to our digital marketing campaigns:

• Content Creation:
• Develop and write high-converting content for digital platforms, including blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, and product descriptions, while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to implement advanced optimization strategies, such as schema markup, internal linking, and metadata optimization.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Content Strategy and Analytics:
• Analyze content performance data using tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush to identify trends and inform future topics and formats.
• Conduct detailed audience research to craft targeted, relevant, and engaging content.
• Contribute creative ideas for content marketing campaigns and participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions.
• Regularly update website content and monitor its performance, suggesting improvements based on analytics.
• Collaboration and Trend Monitoring:
• Work closely with designers and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative content ideas to keep the brand competitive.
• Support the development of content calendars and adhere to deadlines.

• Content Performance Metrics:
• Organic traffic generated by written content.

• Quality assurance scores based on clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Contribution to marketing campaigns’ overall ROI.
• Positive feedback from internal teams on collaboration and execution.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in copywriting or a related role.
• Experienced in leading a content team
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think conceptually.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
