SEO Manager (AI-SEO / GEO / Organic Growth)
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month
Location: Gurgaon / Hybrid (adjust if needed)
Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Manager with strong expertise in modern search optimization, including traditional SEO, AI-driven SEO strategies, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The candidate should be capable of driving organic growth across search engines and AI discovery platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation
- Optimize website structure, technical SEO, and on-page SEO
- Work on AI-SEO strategies for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
- Implement GEO strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated search results
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning
- Manage backlinks and off-page SEO activities
- Track performance through GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
- Monitor SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI search evolution

- Experience with:
- Google Search Console

- Understanding of schema markup, indexing, crawl optimization
Preferred Profile
- 4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience scaling organic traffic for startups or agencies
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Updated with Google algorithm and AI search trends
