Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused SEO Manager who can drive performance, manage client relationships, and lead execution across multiple projects. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SEO projects across multiple clients and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights to improve results.
- Own client communication including regular status calls, reporting, and performance discussions.
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure high-quality and error-free deliverables.
- Understand client goals and align SEO strategies to drive measurable outcomes.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize campaigns proactively.
- Support and guide junior team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in SEO with client handling exposure.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, AHREFs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
