The SEO Manager will spearhead the organisation’s search strategy to optimise visibility, strengthen domain authority, and drive qualified inbound traffic. This role demands a deep understanding of healthcare SEO dynamics and evolving search engine intelligence. You will architect and execute high-impact SEO frameworks that enhance discoverability, improve patient engagement, and fuel measurable business growth across digital surfaces.Strategic SEO Leadership
- Develop and execute an enterprise-grade SEO strategy aligned with organisational growth objectives, patient journeys, and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Build a robust SEO infrastructure across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content architecture, local SEO, international SEO, and AI-driven search readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with content, design, performance marketing, medical teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver integrated search-first campaigns.
- Ensure SEO principles are embedded within the entire content lifecycle — from ideation to publishing and optimisation.
Content & Healthcare Insights
- Leverage sectoral understanding to craft search frameworks rooted in patient intent, clinician behaviour, treatment pathways, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Guide the development of medically sound, SEO-optimised content that resonates with both healthcare professionals and patient communities.
Performance Measurement
- Monitor keyword performance, SERP intelligence, technical health, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and authority metrics.
- Deploy analytics-driven decision-making to continuously improve rankings, conversion rates, and organic acquisition ROI.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of algorithm updates, AI search evolution, schema advancements, and emerging SEO technologies.
- Institutionalise SEO best practices, governance frameworks, and process automation where feasible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrable SEO experience, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries.
- Proven track record of improving rankings, scaling organic traffic, and executing comprehensive SEO programs.
- Strong understanding of healthcare digital behaviour, medical content structuring, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical with expertise in tools such as Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and schema/diagnostic utilities.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
