Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO planning.
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Conduct SEO audits and identify opportunities to improve website rankings and performance.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement SEO best practices.
- Manage link-building, outreach, and content optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams.
- Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other relevant tools.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor SEO team members to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is mandatory.
- Experience working in an IT company, software company, or digital agency is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Proven understanding of GEO strategies, AI search visibility, and optimizing content for generative search engines.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong keyword research, competitor analysis, link building, and SEO analytics skills.
- Ability to develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
