Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, team handling, and performance-driven SEO campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Lead and manage SEO campaigns for multiple client projects.
- Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Oversee on-page, off-page, local SEO, and technical SEO activities.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct website audits and coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams for SEO implementation.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics and KPIs.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
- Experience in website audits, backlink analysis, and SEO reporting.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and website performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing SEO teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- SEO and Digital Marketing certifications are preferred.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and website traffic.
AI Knowledge Requirement:
- Must have practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI platforms, with the ability to use them effectively for SEO, research, content optimization, and workflow automation.
