Kovalent is a global coatings manufacturer supplying surface protection systems across automotive and emerging marine markets, with distributors in multiple countries and a network of 1,300+ installers. We are focused on scaling through key distributor markets including the USA, India, Australia, and Germany by building a strong lead generation engine.
Role Objective
Drive qualified inbound leads through SEO to support distributor growth and installer acquisition. This role is focused on generating high-quality B2B leads, improving conversion from search, and supporting business growth through organic channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
• Plan and execute SEO strategies focused on installers (automotive detailing) and distributors (B2B)
• Identify high-intent keywords and growth opportunities
2. Lead-Focused Content
• Create and optimise pages for installer onboarding, distributor opportunities, and product systems
• Focus on conversion-driven content rather than only traffic generation
3. On-Page SEO
• Optimise landing pages, product pages, and blog content
• Improve website structure and internal linking strategy
4. Performance Tracking
• Track organic lead generation, keyword rankings, and conversion rates
• Share regular performance reports with the Head of Growth
5. Technical SEO (Basic)
• Ensure proper site speed, indexing, and crawlability
• Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues
Success Metrics (KPIs)
• Growth in qualified inbound leads from organic search
• Improved conversion rates on SEO landing pages
• Higher rankings for high-intent keywords
• Better quality organic traffic and engagement
Who We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of SEO experience
• Experience with B2B or lead generation-focused websites
• Strong understanding of keyword intent and conversion-focused SEO
• Ability to work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams
Not the Right Role If You Are
• Focused only on traffic or rankings
• A pure content writer without SEO understanding
• Not comfortable working with business goals and performance metrics
