Our client, a fast-growing HR Tech company based in Bangalore, is looking for an experienced
SEO Lead to own and scale organic growth with a strong focus on revenue generation and qualified pipeline.
What You’ll Own
As the SEO Lead, you will drive the end-to-end organic growth strategy, execution, and performance across the funnel, with a particular emphasis on bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) traffic that directly contributes to business growth.
Key Responsibilities BOFU SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on high-conversion, bottom-of-funnel opportunities such as:
- Comparison pages
- Solution pages
- Feature pages
- Use case content
- Drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue through organic channels.
Keyword Research & Search Intent Mapping
- Identify and prioritize high-intent commercial and transactional keywords, especially for the US market.
- Conduct in-depth SERP and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
On-Page SEO Optimization
- Optimize existing and new pages for:
- Search intent
- Technical SEO
- Metadata
- Internal linking
- User engagement
- Conversion potential
Cross-Functional Content Collaboration
- Partner with content writers, product marketers, and designers to create SEO-driven content that ranks and converts.
Technical SEO Leadership
- Work closely with developers to improve:
- Website architecture
- Crawlability
- Indexation
- Core Web Vitals
- Site speed
- Schema implementation
Link Building & Authority Growth
- Lead backlink acquisition and outreach strategies to strengthen domain authority and improve strategic page performance.
SEO Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on:
- Keyword rankings
- Organic traffic quality
- Lead generation
- Conversion rates
- Pipeline attribution
- Use tools such as:
- GA4
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- HubSpot
What Success Looks Like
- Strong growth in rankings for BOFU and commercial keywords
- Organic search becomes a major contributor to MQLs and sales pipeline
- Significant increase in high-intent US traffic
- Clear, scalable SEO processes and playbooks
- Strong collaboration across content, product marketing, and web teams

- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or performance-driven environments
- Proven success in scaling BOFU organic traffic and revenue pipeline
- Deep understanding of:

- Strong technical SEO expertise including:
- Crawlability
