Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Mohali district, offered across roles including SEO Intern, SEO Specialist, PR & Outreach Manager, Social Media Manager & Publisher. Responsibilities will vary by position but may include creating and implementing SEO strategies, managing PR and outreach campaigns, optimizing social media platforms, driving content publishing efforts, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- SEO and Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Social Media Management: Experience in planning, creating, and managing content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook; knowledge of engagement strategies and analytics.
- Content and Communication: Proficiency in content marketing, copywriting, content curation, and public relations/outreach initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate campaign performance through data analysis and generate actionable insights for optimization.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite or similar platforms is a plus.
- Professional Competencies: Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience or internships in digital marketing, PR, or social media management is a strong advantage.
