Job Title: SEO Intern (GMB)

Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (IST)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern (GMB) to support our digital marketing team in improving search visibility and local online presence. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, keyword research, and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profile (GMB) listings
- Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across directories and local citations
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth
- Assist in on-page SEO optimizations for website pages
- Monitor local rankings and track SEO performance
- Support in Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and basic tracking implementation (if applicable)
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and generate simple reports
- Assist with competitor analysis and SERP research
- Help improve local search visibility and map rankings
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and Local SEO
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile (GMB), NAP citations, and keyword research
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics is a plus
- Understanding of tools like SEMrush or similar SEO tools is preferred
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO and search engine algorithms
- Good analytical and research skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in SEO or digital marketing is preferred
