About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of SEO and a willingness to learn and execute strategies to improve website rankings and traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Keyword Research
• Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, etc.
• Identify high-potential keywords based on search volume and competition
• Analyze competitor keywords and strategies
On-Page SEO
• Optimize website content, meta titles, and descriptions
• Work on headings, URL structure, and keyword placement
• Implement internal linking strategies
• Optimize images (alt tags, size, etc.)
Technical SEO
• Assist in improving website speed and mobile responsiveness
• Identify and fix basic SEO issues (broken links, redirects, etc.)
• Work on sitemap and indexing issues
• Use tools like Google Search Console
Off-Page SEO
• Support in backlink building activities
• Research and reach out for guest posting opportunities
• Directory submissions and basic link-building tasks
Content Support
• Assist in SEO-friendly blog/content creation
• Optimize existing content for better rankings
• Ensure proper keyword usage and readability
Reporting & Analysis
• Track website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports
• Monitor keyword rankings and traffic
Requirements
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console (preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

Stipend-
