We’re Hiring: SEO Intern
Dazzlebirds Web Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-orientated SEO intern to join our team.
If you have 6 months–1 year of practical SEO experience and are interested in working on B2B eCommerce, WordPress websites, and web development projects, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks through relevant websites and platforms
- Perform keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities
- Assist with competitor and backlink analysis
- Work on directory submissions, business listings, outreach, and link-building activities
- Assist with guest posting and content-based link building
- Perform basic on-page SEO such as meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL optimization
- Assist with SEO optimization for WordPress websites
- Support SEO activities for B2B eCommerce websites
- Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and website performance
- Identify basic SEO issues and coordinate with the development/content team for improvements
- Prepare regular SEO activity and performance reports
- Stay updated with Google SEO best practices and algorithm updates
Requirements:
- 6 months–1 year of hands-on SEO experience
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Practical knowledge of backlink building and off-page SEO
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO
- Familiarity with keyword research and competitor analysis
- Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Understanding of B2B websites / eCommerce websites is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest, or similar tools is a plus
- Good research and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned SEO activities
