Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy. You will work closely with experienced SEO professionals and gain practical exposure to real projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
- Assist in on-page SEO activities (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking)
- Optimize blog content for search engines and user intent
- Perform basic technical SEO checks (site speed, indexing, broken links)
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Support competitor analysis and SEO audits
- Help with off-page SEO tasks such as backlink research and outreach
- Stay updated with latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts
- Familiarity with Google Search Console & Google Analytics (preferred)
- Knowledge of keywords, SERP, backlinks, and on-page SEO
- Good written English skills
- Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing
