We are looking for a Search Specialist who knows that SEO has changed. You won’t just be ranking for keywords; you’ll be making sure our brand shows up as the top answer in Google, AI search engines (like Perplexity), and ChatGPT. You will manage our organic growth and our Google Ads budget to drive high-quality B2B and B2C leads.
Your Main Goals
Get Us Found Everywhere: Ensure our brand appears in traditional search results and new AI "Answer Engines" (AEO/GEO).
Drive Qualified Leads: Manage Google Ads to find buyers, not just browsers.
Build Authority: Get other high-quality websites to link to us and mention our brand.
What You’ll Do
1. Modern SEO & Content
On-Page: Optimize our website pages so they are easy for both humans and AI bots to read.
AI Search (AEO/GEO): Structure our content (FAQs, summaries) so AI tools cite us as the "expert" answer.
Backlinking: Reach out to industry sites to get high-quality links and mentions that build our reputation.
2. Google Ads (Paid Search)
Run B2B campaigns that focus on generating actual sales leads.
Write compelling ad copy and build landing pages that convert visitors into leads.
3. Tracking & Tools
Google Tag Manager (GTM): Set up tracking so we know exactly where our leads come from.
Search Console: Monitor our site’s health and see which terms are bringing us traffic.
Analytics: Use GA4 and tools like Semrush or Ahrefs to track our progress against competitors.
Requirements
B2B Experience: You understand that B2B sales take time and require targeting specific decision-makers.
Technical Basics:
You are comfortable using Google Tag Manager and Search Console to fix issues and track data.
Modern Mindset:
You stay ahead of search trends and know how AI is changing the way people find information.
Growth Focused:
