Responsibilities
- Own technical SEO: site health, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, internal linking
- Build keyword and topic strategies around high-intent B2B and pharma compliance searches
- Optimize content so AI assistants cite and recommend Quascenta (GEO/AEO)
- Track how we show up in AI-generated answers and improve our share of voice
- Work with product and content teams on pages, blogs, comparison pages and FAQs
- Grow authority through digital PR, backlinks and third-party mentions
- Report on rankings, organic traffic, AI visibility and pipeline impact
- Manage wordpress websites
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on GEO work, or a clear point of view on it backed by experiments you've run
- Comfort with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools
- Experience managing wordpress websites
