Job Description: SEO Executive (Real Estate)
Location: South Delhi / On-site
Experience: 2–3 Years (Real Estate industry experience preferred)
Reporting to: Marketing Manager / Director
Role Objective
The SEO Executive will be responsible for increasing organic visibility and driving high-quality traffic to our digital platforms. You will focus on ranking our luxury projects Immence Homes for high-intent keywords in the premium South Delhi real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for luxury-specific keywords.
Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits to ensure the site is fast, mobile-friendly, and crawlable. High-end clients expect a seamless digital experience.
Local SEO (Google Business Profile): Manage and optimize local listings for our project sites to ensure we appear in the "Map Pack" for local South Delhi searches.
Content Strategy: Work with the content team to create blogs and articles that highlight our "Curator" philosophy, construction quality, and neighborhood guides.
Keyword Research: Identify "niche" keywords that HNI (High Net Worth) clients use, focusing on intent over just volume.
Link Building (Off-Page): Acquire high-quality backlinks from real estate portals, architecture blogs, and luxury lifestyle publications.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor other luxury developers in South Delhi to identify gaps in their SEO strategy that we can exploit.
Performance Tracking: Use Google Search Console and GA4 to track keyword rankings, organic sessions, and lead conversions.
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in SEO, ideally within the Real Estate or Luxury Goods sector.
Tools: Expert knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
Local SEO Mastery: Proven track record of ranking businesses in specific high-end geographical pockets.
Real Estate Knowledge: You must understand terms like Freehold, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), and Stilt Parking to ensure keyword accuracy.
Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers; you provide insights on why traffic is up or down.
