Job OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and result-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and generating quality leads through effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. On-Page SEO- Perform keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs
- Implement SEO-friendly content strategies
- Improve website structure, internal linking, and page speed
2. Off-Page SEO- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies
- Perform competitor backlink analysis
- Manage directory submissions, guest posting, and outreach
3. Technical SEO- Conduct website audits to identify and fix SEO issues
- Optimize website crawlability and indexing
- Work with developers for technical improvements (Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.)
4. Content & Strategy- Collaborate with content team for blog, landing page, and service page optimization
- Plan SEO strategies for IT services like web development, mobile apps, and SaaS solutions
- Identify new keyword opportunities and content gaps
5. Performance Tracking- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic growth
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog)
- Understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills- Experience in IT/Software company SEO
- Knowledge of international SEO (AU/US markets)
- Familiarity with content marketing and blogging
- Understanding of conversion optimization
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Organic traffic growth
