Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an SEO Executive based in Kolkata. The SEO Executive will be responsible for implementing and managing search engine optimization strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, optimizing website performance, analyzing data analytics, generating performance reports, and staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates. Additionally, the role involves cross-functional collaboration with content, design, and technical teams to implement best SEO practices.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console
- Proficiency in content optimization, including meta tags, meta descriptions, and keyword placement
- Familiarity with website analytics, performance tracking, and technical SEO
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic website management is a plus
- Previous experience in an SEO/SEM or related marketing role is a strong advantage
