Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SEO Executive role based in Delhi, India. The SEO Executive will manage day-to-day SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building initiatives, and technical SEO checks to improve organic visibility and website performance. The role involves planning and executing SEO strategies aligned with business goals, monitoring rankings and traffic, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. The SEO Executive will collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets. The position also includes coordinating with social media and digital marketing efforts to support overall online presence and lead generation for Hydroflux’s products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong SEO fundamentals, including Keyword Research and On-Page SEO skills to optimize website content and structure.
- Experience with Link Building strategies and off-page optimization to enhance domain authority and organic reach.
- Ability to perform comprehensive SEO Audits, identify issues, and recommend technical and content-related improvements.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and how it supports overall SEO and brand visibility.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, basic Excel/Sheets).
- Solid understanding of website basics (HTML tags, meta data, page speed, mobile responsiveness) and collaboration with web developers.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B or industrial sectors is an advantage; familiarity with environmental or engineering domains is a plus.
