About the Role
We are looking for an SEO Executive who can take full ownership of organic growth and contribute meaningfully to the company’s digital performance. This role requires someone who thinks strategically, works independently, and understands how search visibility translates into qualified leads, revenue, and brand authority.
You will be responsible for building, executing, and optimising SEO and AEO initiatives across technical, on-page, and off-page areas. Beyond improving rankings, you should be able to identify growth opportunities, prioritise high-impact actions, and align SEO efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is analytical yet practical, detail-oriented yet commercially aware. You should be comfortable collaborating with developers, designers, content teams, and leadership stakeholders. If you also have content writing experience or a strong understanding of content creation, it will be considered a strong advantage, as this role involves guiding content strategy and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement data-driven SEO and AEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research based on search intent, competition, and commercial value
• Create and maintain topical maps for the existing and upcoming services and offerings
• Optimise for featured snippets and People Also Ask sections
• Optimise for AI-driven search results
• Monitor snippet visibility and AI search presence
• Perform detailed technical audits covering crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Coordinate with developers to ensure timely implementation of technical fixes
• Optimise website pages including metadata, internal linking structure, URL hierarchy, and content formatting
• Identify content gaps and work with the content team to create high-impact, search-optimised pages
• Optimise content to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions
• Build and execute sustainable backlink strategies focused on quality and relevance
• Monitor website performance using analytics and SEO tools and provide actionable insights
• Track key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions
• Conduct competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and market positioning gaps
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and proactively adjust strategies
• Prepare monthly performance reports and communicate progress clearly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and implementation
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving measurable business outcomes
• Strong expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
• Can operate with custom built platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively
