About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. SEO Executive to lead our SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives across multiple client portfolios. This role is pivotal in driving organic growth by developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-driven search platforms.
The Sr. SEO Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end SEO campaigns, conducting in-depth keyword and competitive research, and leveraging AI tools to enhance search visibility. A key aspect of this role involves staying ahead of the evolving search landscape, especially with the integration of AI and machine learning technologies that influence how content is discovered and ranked. Qualifications
- 4-7 years of proven experience in SEO, managing multiple client accounts across diverse industries.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest search behavior trends.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, integrated within SEO workflows.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms including GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, SE Ranking, and Screaming Frog.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems like WordPress, Shopify, and Magento.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities, with experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Genuine interest and practical exposure to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) techniques and AI-driven search platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client websites, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
- Leverage AI tools for search intent mapping, query expansion, content ideation, and SERP behavior analysis to enhance visibility.
- Design and implement structured content strategies using topic clusters, internal linking, and semantic optimization techniques.
- Perform advanced on-page optimization, including metadata architecture, schema markup, URL structuring, and website audits.
- Execute technical SEO audits to improve crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance.
- Plan and oversee high-quality link-building campaigns and digital authority initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and client servicing teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of SEO initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions, and technical health indicators, making data-driven adjustments.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic direction for ongoing improvement.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistent performance improvement and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with algorithm updates and industry trends, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
