We're a digital marketing agency based in Ahmedabad, working with eCommerce, real estate, and service brands. We also have a growing roster of international clients across the US, UK, UAE, and Australia.
Our team combines strong SEO fundamentals with AI-enabled workflows to research faster, improve execution, and scale smarter. The goal is simple: build SEO campaigns that drive real traffic, leads, and revenue.
We're hiring an SEO Executive (0 to 2 years) to join us.
Why this role is different
Most SEO jobs at this level mean 3 months of shadowing, 6 months of fixing meta tags, and a year before anyone trusts you with a real account.
That's not how we work.
Here's what your first 12 months actually look like:
- First 90 days: Real client projects from Day 1. On-page, keyword research, content writing, GSC, and outreach. You'll mess up. We'll fix it together.
- By month 6: You'll be running SEO tasks across 1 to 2 client accounts with real ownership.
- By month 12: You'll have worked across on-page, off-page, technical SEO, content, reporting, and direct client coordination. That's the kind of portfolio most people take 2 to 3 years to build.
Growth here is based on skill, output, and ownership. Not a calendar.
You're a strong fit if you:
- Have completed formal SEO or digital marketing training (institute, bootcamp, or a structured course, not just a YouTube playlist)
- Have worked on at least two real SEO project, whether it's an internship, freelance gig, training assignment, or side hustle
- Can write SEO-optimized content in clear, professional English, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions
- Understand search intent, not just keywords
- Know how to use advanced AI models to research, write, and optimize, treating them as an amplifier, not a replacement for thinking
- Get genuinely curious when rankings drop and want to know why
- Want to build a long-term career in SEO, not flip jobs every 6 months
This role isn't for you if:
- You think SEO is mostly about stuffing keywords
- You can't string together a clear, well-structured paragraph in English
- You either avoid AI tools entirely, or rely on them blindly without judgment
- You need constant supervision to stay on track
- You're hoping for a fully remote setup. This is work-from-office, no exceptions.
What you'll actually do
- On-page SEO: titles, meta, headings, internal links, and schema
- Keyword and competitor research that leads to actual decisions
- Write SEO-optimized content that ranks, including blogs, landing pages, category pages, and product descriptions
- Off-page SEO and outreach (real link building, not spam)
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and explain the story behind the numbers
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
Tools you'll use daily: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, WordPress, Shopify, advanced AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini), and SEO content tools like NeuronWriter or SurferSEO.
A heads-up on global clients
Working with international accounts means occasional calls aligned to US or UK time zones, writing for English-speaking audiences across geographies, and understanding local search intent in markets that aren't your own. It's a fast way to grow as an SEO, but it demands sharper writing, communication, and ownership than a typical India-only role.
