About the Role
Centrum Global is looking for a highly capable SEO & Digital Marketing Team Lead to drive digital growth for a global healthcare SaaS platform operating across Australia, the UK, and the US.
You will lead our in-house digital marketing team, working alongside an SEO consultant, to execute advanced SEO strategies, AI-powered content marketing, and high-performing digital campaigns across international markets.
If you are someone who can rank websites, generate qualified B2B leads, and lead a marketing team to deliver measurable results, this role is for you.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
🌍 Global SEO Strategy
- Develop and execute SEO strategies targeting Australia, UK, and US
- Conduct international keyword research & competitor analysis
- Lead technical SEO improvements
- Improve organic rankings and search visibility
- Manage multi-region SEO strategies
✍ AI-Driven Content & Growth
- Lead SEO-focused content strategy
- Create blogs, landing pages, and case studies
- Use AI tools to scale content production
- Ensure content is optimized for search intent and conversions
📢 Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Lead LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing
- Support email marketing campaigns
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation
👥 Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the SEO & digital marketing team
- Work closely with an external consultant
- Set KPIs and performance targets
- Build structured workflows and ensure execution discipline
📊 Analytics & Performance
- Track performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
- Monitor traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Improve ROI through data-driven marketing decisions
✅ Requirements
- 3–10 years experience in SEO & digital marketing
- Experience managing international marketing campaigns
- Strong English writing skills
- Experience using AI tools for marketing and content
- Proven team leadership skills
- Analytical and growth-focused mindset
