SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist X 3 Exciting Roles (Read Below thoroughly) - Long Term GROWTH!

The office is in Mohali Sector 70, Jubillee Walk, with lots of cafes and food options.
Salary: 2.5 LPA - 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for Australian clients
- Manage and grow digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to drive organic traffic growth
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline campaign management, content creation, and performance reporting
- Create and manage content calendars, blog strategies, and social media plans aligned with client goals
- Monitor analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry tools - deliver actionable reporting
- Collaborate with the wider Fig Advisory team across India, Philippines, and Australia to deliver integrated marketing outcomes
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies
- Support link building, outreach, and digital PR initiatives for client brands
- Contribute to the growth and development of Fig Advisory's own brand presence and thought leadership
Skills Required
Junior Roles (2 positions):
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO fundamentals
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and at least one SEO tool (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, or similar)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to SEO
- Strong written and spoken English - you will be working with Australian clients
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work
Senior Role (1 position):
- 4-7 years of proven SEO and digital marketing experience with demonstrable results
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, site audits, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with budget accountability
- Proficiency with AI tools for content strategy, automation, and campaign optimisation
- Proven ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and manage client relationships
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building custom dashboards and performance reports
- Experience working with international (preferably Australian) clients is highly valued
- Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into measurable digital marketing plans
