We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, paid advertising (Google Ads), content strategy, and performance analytics. You will be responsible for improving our digital presence, driving qualified traffic, and achieving measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and
traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments.
• Optimize website structure, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking for search engines.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues (crawlability,
page speed, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals).
• Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through ethical link-building strategies.
• Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO KPIs using tools like Google Search Console,
SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Google Ads & Paid Advertising
• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads.
• Perform keyword research and bidding strategy development for paid campaigns.
• Write compelling ad copy and design effective landing page strategies to maximize Quality Score and conversions.
• Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and other paid KPIs to ensure optimal spend efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, descriptions, and landing pages.
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing audiences.
Content & Social Media Marketing
• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with SEO and marketing objectives.
• Create SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and web copy that drive traffic and engagement.
• Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X).
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to the management team.
• Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to proactively adjust strategies.
• Set up dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time campaign monitoring.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills — mandatory for this role.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Demonstrated experience in improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth.
• Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing is a plus.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Moz.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing).
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for on-page SEO implementation.
Experience with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an advantage
