We are seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Ads Specialist who lives and breathes digital growth. This dual-threat role requires expert-level technical SEO skills combined with hands-on experience running high-converting B2B/B2C campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. You will be directly responsible for increasing organic traffic, optimizing web architecture for search engines, and lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC) through paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Technical SEO: Conduct thorough website audits, optimize site architecture, improve page speed, fix crawl errors, and manage schema markup.
On-Page & Off-Page: Execute advanced keyword research, optimize meta tags, internal linking, and content structure. Build high-quality, authoritative backlinks.
SEO Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
2. Paid Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)
Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), and Remarketing campaigns on Google Ads.
Paid Social: Design, launch, and A/B test audience targeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and ad creatives on Meta Ads Manager.
ROI Optimization: Monitor daily ad spend, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize landing pages to maximize Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates while minimizing Cost-Per-Click (CPC).
3. Strategy & Content Collaboration
Work closely with the content and UI/UX engineering teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for both SEO ranking and paid ad conversions.
Stay ahead of Search Engine Algorithm updates and changing ad policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing both SEO and paid ad budgets (Google & Meta) with a track record of measurable ROI.
Tools Expertise: Mastery of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress CMS, and how web development choices impact technical SEO.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and create transparent performance reports for executive management.
Communication: Strong English communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
