Job Responsibilities

Write technical and e-commerce-related content, blogs, product descriptions, buying guides, and FAQs.
Conduct online research to understand products, market trends, and customer requirements.
Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all platforms.
Optimize content using SEO best practices and relevant keywords.
Collaborate with internal teams including SEO, Product Management, and Marketing.
Edit and proofread content before publication.
Maintain brand tone and writing standards.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–5 years of experience in Content Writing / Technical Writing / E-commerce Content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
Ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends is preferred.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Freshers with excellent English writing skills are also welcome.
