As an SEO Associate (On-Page SEO) at Taggbox, you will be responsible for optimizing website pages, improving search rankings, and driving organic traffic growth. You will work closely with the content, product, and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies that align with business goals.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in keyword research, content optimization, on-page SEO, link building, and website performance analysis, along with a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
Key Reaponsibility:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for organic growth.
- Implement on-page SEO optimizations including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
- Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Perform SEO audits and recommend improvements for technical and on-page performance.
- Manage and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Analyze ranking data and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain competitive performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO with growth and demand generation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of ranking websites on the first page of search engines.
- Strong expertise in keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals including site structure, indexing, and crawlability.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress CMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret SEO data.
- Excellent content writing and editing skills with an SEO perspective.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
