Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Marketing Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This is an on-site full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team specialising in e-commerce performance marketing. As an SEO Marketing Intern, your daily responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page optimisation strategies, and supporting link-building initiatives. You will also monitor website analytics and identify opportunities for improvement.
What you’ll be working on
• Keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• On-page and off-page SEO execution
• Website optimization (content, meta tags, landing pages)
• Planning and executing social media strategies focused on growth
• Optimizing content for reach, engagement, and discoverability using SEO principles
• Writing captions and short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Competitor research and market analysis
• Link-building strategies and outreach
• Tracking performance via Google Analytics & Search Console
• Supporting broader digital marketing and growth initiatives
What we’re looking for
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, keywords, Google Keyword Planner, CPM, keyword competitiveness, search intent, and how SEO ties into content growth
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva / basic content tools (preferred, not mandatory)
• Someone proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Recent graduate or final-year student (Marketing/Business or related field preferred)
