We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Google Ads Expert to manage organic search optimization and paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, Google Ads campaign management, conversion tracking, and performance reporting. We need someone who can get us SEO leads with their expertise and grow our business.
The candidate should be capable of increasing website visibility, improving lead generation, and optimizing ROI through strategic digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct keyword research for local, national, and international campaigns
- Identify high-converting and low-competition keywords
- Analyze competitors and market trends
On-Page SEO
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headers, and URLs
- Improve internal linking structure
- Optimize images and page content
- Ensure SEO-friendly website architecture
Technical SEO
- Perform technical website audits
- Fix crawl issues, indexing errors, and broken links
- Optimize website speed and Core Web Vitals
- Manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt
- Implement schema markup where required
Off-Page SEO
- Build high-quality backlinks
- Manage directory submissions and citation building
- Conduct outreach and guest posting activities
- Monitor backlink health and toxic links
Local SEO
- Optimize Google Business Profiles
- Manage local citations and map rankings
- Improve local keyword visibility
SEO Reporting
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports
- Use analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
Google Ads Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Management
- Create and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns
- Set up audience targeting and bidding strategies
- Create ad copies and extensions
Keyword & Competitor Research
- Research high-converting paid keywords
- Analyze competitor ad strategies
- Optimize keyword match types and negatives
Conversion Tracking
- Set up and manage:
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics
- Conversion tracking
- Call tracking
- Event tracking
Campaign Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily
- Improve CTR, Quality Score, and ROAS
- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate campaign performance reports
- Analyze CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROI
- Suggest improvements based on data insights
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
