Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) / AI Search Visibility & Digital Growth Strategist to enhance the online presence of our product, Elixrbooks.com, an integrated accounting SaaS platform targeting startups and growth-stage businesses in India. The role involves optimizing visibility across AI-driven search platforms, driving organic growth, and building a strong digital acquisition funnel.
Key Responsibilities
1. GEO & AEO Website Audit
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of the website from a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) perspective.
- Analyze visibility across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE, and Gemini.
- Identify gaps in structured data, schema markup, FAQ coverage, and entity recognition.
- Evaluate E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness) signals and brand presence.
2. GEO Positioning Strategy
- Develop and implement a GEO strategy to improve AI search visibility and citations.
- Identify and create high-impact content formats (FAQs, guides, comparisons, thought leadership).
- Build entity authority for the brand within the accounting SaaS ecosystem.
- Define long-tail, conversational, and question-based keyword strategies.
- Drive third-party citations via PR, directories, forums, and authoritative platforms.
3. Growth & Funnel Strategy
- Design and execute a full-funnel growth strategy from awareness to conversion.
Awareness Stage:
- Drive visibility through organic search, AI platforms, LinkedIn, YouTube, and communities (Reddit, Quora, etc.).
- Position the brand within AI-generated conversations and discovery channels.
Engagement & Consideration Stage:
- Develop educational and trust-building content (blogs, case studies, comparison pages, videos).
- Establish thought leadership and community engagement strategies.
Conversion Stage:
- Optimize the funnel from AI discovery → website → free trial → paid conversion.
- Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
- Design and manage retargeting and lead nurturing campaigns.
4. Performance & Proof of Impact
- Track and report on AI visibility, organic traffic, share of voice, and conversions.
- Provide case studies or examples of GEO/SEO-driven growth outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and AEO concepts.
- Experience with AI search platforms and evolving search ecosystems.
- Expertise in content strategy, keyword research, and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and website optimization.
- Experience in SaaS growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS products, preferably in fintech or accounting domains.
- Proven track record in organic growth, AI visibility, or digital acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
