Threasury is looking for someone who can own organic growth end-to-end, and who understands that modern SEO isn’t just “Google rankings” anymore. We want a person with strong AEO knowledge (optimizing for AI answers + snippets) and deep, hands-on SEO experience.

This is an ownership role. You should be able to work independently, guide strategy with data, and also collaborate closely with our team (content, design, dev).


What you’ll do

  • Build and run our SEO + AEO strategy across: Google Search + answer engines (AI-driven discovery, snippets, “people also ask”, AI overviews-style results)
  • Identify high-intent topics relevant to advertising + eCommerce audiences (founders, media buyers, agencies, brands)
  • Create a content roadmap: clusters, comparisons, alternatives, use-case pages, product-led SEO pages, FAQs, knowledge base
  • Write or lead production of content that is answer-first, citation-friendly, and structured to win AI/featured results
  • Improve technical SEO with the dev team: indexing/crawl health, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, schema, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps
  • Build AEO foundations: entity-based content, schema (FAQ/HowTo/Product/Organization), concise answer blocks, strong page structure, and trust signals
  • Own performance: set KPIs, build dashboards, track traffic quality → conversion quality → pipeline impact
  • Run continuous optimization: refresh old content, prune low-value pages, improve CTR, and scale what works


What we’re looking for

  • Very strong SEO experience (3–6+ years) with clear proof of impact (rankings + conversions, not vanity traffic)
  • AEO knowledge is mandatory: you understand how to structure content to be picked up as an “answer” (snippets/AI results) and how to improve retrieval and citations
  • Strong analytical thinking: you can connect keyword intent → page strategy → conversion path
  • Comfortable owning the roadmap and execution without hand-holding
  • Excellent English writing/editorial judgment (or proven ability to direct writers and maintain quality)


Nice to have (big plus)

  • Experience with SaaS SEO (product-led SEO, comparison pages, alternatives pages, integration pages, programmatic SEO)
  • Link building / digital PR / authority building experience
