Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology (RIT) is seeking a highly skilled SEO, AEO & GEO Manager to
drive organic growth, AI search visibility, and digital performance across our web platforms.
Location: Chennai (Preferring candidates from Chennai)

Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Improve organic rankings, AI search visibility, and lead generation.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, schema markup, structured data, and website performance.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to deliver high-impact digital
experiences.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and present actionable insights to leadership.
Required Skills:
• 5–8 years of proven experience in SEO and digital growth.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
• Hands-on experience with AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO).
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
Tools & Technologies:
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag
Manager, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Surfer SEO,
WordPress, HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the higher education or EdTech sector, along with Google Analytics and Google Ads
certifications.
