Role Overview:
The Account Manager at Holland Health will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of digital and marketing projects, and driving strategic account growth. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining high client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client handling & digital marketing
Manage and nurture client accounts by acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and long-term relationship development.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management
Coordinate with cross-functional teams comprising designers, developers, marketing specialists, and project coordinators to ensure high-quality execution aligned with client objectives.
Lead project execution using agile methodologies, including sprint planning, milestone tracking, task delegation, performance monitoring, and continuous documentation through internal & external project management tools.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze user behavior, and recommend UX/UI improvements to enhance usability and customer experience.
Support marketing and brand strategy implementation, including WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, influencer collaborations, content planning, and on-location campaign or shoot coordination.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services aligned with client business goals.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards, budget adherence, and operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Client Handling
Strong project and account management experience in digital marketing environments.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer journey optimization is preferred.
2-5 years of experience in client handling, digital marketing
