The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a UX Designer & Researcher who is obsessed with simplicity, intuitiveness, and driving adoption. You’ll lead both user research and UX design, making sure our product delivers a seamless user journey and immediate value. Responsibilities:

1. Lead user research to identify ways to simplify the product and improve adoption.
2. Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that deliver immediate value.
3. Quickly prototype and test ideas, using feedback to refine designs.
4. Continuously challenge and improve existing designs to ensure we stay ahead.

Requirements:

1. Experience in UX design and user research, with a portfolio showing your work on simplifying complex systems.
2. Proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
3. Strong passion for creating intuitive, adoption-focused designs.
4. Bonus: Experience designing for B2B SaaS products.
