Position Summary
The Growth Intern is a temporary position designed to provide exposure across multiple areas of SENTA Partners’ Growth team, including Business Development, Strategic Finance, and Payor Contracting. This role will support various projects and initiatives that advance SENTA’s strategy to become the industry-leading organization for ENT & Allergy physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists the Growth team on projects related to payor contracting, marketing initiatives, and business development opportunities
- Conducts research and analysis to support strategic planning and market assessments
- Prepares reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Helps coordinate project tasks and follow-ups across different workstreams
- Performs other duties as assigned
