- Lead end‑to‑end sensory evaluation programs, including trained and consumer panels.
- Design, execute, analyze, and report sensory studies to support product innovation and optimization.
- Oversee sensory lab operations, ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
- Manage budgets and resources covering manpower, equipment, travel, and external evaluations.
- Monitor and recalibrate panel performance to ensure accuracy and robustness of sensory data.
- Partner closely with R&D, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Open Innovation, and external agencies.
- Drive digitization and advanced data analytics using sensory and statistical tools.
A Successful Senior Manager Regulatory Should Have
- Master's degree (preferably PhD) in Food Science, Sensory Science, or a related discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience in F&B R&D, with at least 5 years in sensory and consumer research.
- Strong expertise in sensory methodologies, applied statistics, data analytics, and Design of Experiments.
- Hands‑on experience building, training, and managing expert sensory panels.
- Proficiency in sensory and statistical softwares.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership capabilities.
