About the role

We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs that drive performance across the sales organization. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of content creation, instructional design, training delivery, and strategic thinking. Design and lead training programs for B2B sales teams, with a focus on both foundational and advanced selling skills. Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions (virtual) that boost rep confidence and effectiveness. Create and manage scalable enablement content, playbooks, and resources that align with the buyer journey. Own and evolve the sales playbook in partnership with Sales Leadership Work cross-functionally to identify skills gaps, define key performance metrics, and execute training that drives measurable outcomes. Leverage Salesforce (and other sales tech) to gather insights, measure enablement impact, and optimize programs. Collaborate with SMEs to develop and enhance learning materials — including video content Champion creativity and innovation across enablement programs, adapting to the needs of a growing, fast-paced team.
