Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and proposing solutions that align with strategic goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate data, and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. • Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and workflows. • Use data modeling techniques to analyze findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements. • Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. • Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. • Assist in project planning and monitor progress against timelines. • Support testing and implementation of new systems or enhancements. • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. • 2+years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar. • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
