Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will identify hiring needs, attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and support the organization’s hiring strategy. Candidates with experience in hiring for the BIM, Architecture, Engineering, or AEC industry will be given preference.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Work closely with department managers to understand hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and talent databases.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain the candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
- Build a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Support HR operations and employer branding initiatives when required.
- Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience hiring for BIM, Architecture, Engineering, or AEC industry roles.
- Familiarity with positions such as BIM Modeler, BIM Engineer, Architect, MEP Engineer, and VDC professionals.
- Knowledge of ATS and HR tools is a plus.
