Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹41,000 CTC per month
About the Opportunity
CrabTel Communication & Services is hiring experienced Senior Sales Associates for a leading retail brand in the eyewear sector.
The role involves customer engagement, consultative sales, product recommendations, achieving sales targets, and supporting day-to-day retail store operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and understand their requirements
• Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, lenses and accessories
• Explain product features, lens options, coatings and offers
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
• Drive individual and store-level sales performance
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive in-store experience
• Handle billing and digital payment transactions
• Maintain product displays, store hygiene and inventory
• Support daily store operations and follow company processes
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Contribute towards store targets and conversion goals
✅ Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of relevant and strong sales experience
• Strong customer-facing sales experience is required
• Candidates from the following sectors are preferred:
- Retail
- Premium Retail
- BFSI
- Consumer Sales
• Relevant employment experience should be supported by valid documentation
• Comfortable working in a retail store environment

• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
• Good sales and conversion skills
• Target-oriented approach
• Good Hindi and English communication skills (B2+ level)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
🕐 Shift Timings
Rotational day shifts may include:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Final shift allocation will depend on store and business requirements.
💰 Salary & Benefits
₹27,000 – ₹41,000 CTC per month
Salary will be based on relevant experience, interview performance and overall suitability.
